Christina’s book, As We Are Sung, is just out this month, and Dan’s book, Circle’s Apprentice, will be published in May.

Christina Mengert co-edited 12×12: Conversations in 21st Century Poetry and Poetics. She has written three films (Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding; The Last Keepers; and Rhymes with Banana), all in various stages of post production with BCDF Pictures. After receiving her MFA from Brown and her PhD from the University of Denver, Christina has taught at CU, Vassar, and for Bard College’s Prison Initiative Program. As We Are Sung is her first book of poetry.
Dan Beachy-Quick’s newest book of poems, Circle’s Apprentice, will be published in May of this year. He teaches in the MFA Program at Colorado State University.
