Susan Blake
About the Artist
Susan Blake creates abstract paintings that both play with the world of pattern and investigate the act of seeing. Her work draws upon her study of art history and geology, work in digital design and love of domestic sources of decoration such as fabric and wallpaper. Susan received her MA in art from Northern Illinois University with post-graduate study at the Art Institute of Chicago.
